Terms and Conditions

All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable rate according to the season. The person (Lead Customer) whose signature appears on the booking form or who has made the booking via telephone or internet is the person who has entered into the Contract with The Inglewood Hotel & its Proprietor.

No allowance can be made for meals not taken. Rooms will be ready for occupancy from 2.00pm and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. The proprietors cannot be responsible for loss of guest's property.

The proprietor reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part of the contract cause any detriment to the well being or the comfort of the guests and/or staff, or who causes damage to the hotel and its fixture and fittings. Any damage or costs that occur because of such behaviour or additional services provided will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card if supplied to pay the deposit without any further permission being required this includes any legal expense incurred by the proprietors as a result of guest actions. Damage to room key/s or room key/s broken in door lock will incur a charge of £10 for replacement key and £30 for locksmith callout charge.

All bedrooms and their en-suites are non-smoking areas; additional charges for cleaning and damages, at the discretion of the proprietors, will be recovered from the Lead Customer, who agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required.

Deposits are only refundable if the booking is cancelled 7 days or more before date of arrival. In the event of cancellation less than seven days before the arrival date or non-arrival, the Lead Customer will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation and furthermore agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission required.

Lost room keys and safe keys are charged at £10.00 per key. Lost main door security keys require a full replacement of the lock barrel and 12 keys to be cut and are charged at current full cost of replacement. The Lead Customer agrees that such payments may be taken direct from the credit / debit card if supplied to pay the deposit, without any further permission being required.

Accounts must be paid on arrival by cash or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Switch. Payments of accounts made by cheque will only be accepted 7 Days prior to arrival.
